1. Refund Eligibility


You may request a refund if our service experiences significant downtime, persistent technical errors, or other performance issues significantly preventing your effective use of the product. Additionally, refunds are available if you encounter duplicate charges or billing inaccuracies. If you are dissatisfied with your subscription, you may also request a refund within 14 days of your initial subscription date.


2. Requesting a Refund


To request a refund, please email Customer Support at billing@starfetchx.com and clearly indicate your refund request. Include your registered email address, Subscription ID (if available), and a detailed reason for your refund request. Ensure your refund request is submitted within 14 days from your initial subscription date.


3. Refund Processing Period


Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 5–10 business days, although actual timelines may vary based on your payment provider.


4. Non-refundable Circumstances


We do not issue refunds for unused or partially-used subscription periods. Accounts terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service are also not eligible for refunds. Refund requests received after the specified 14-day refund eligibility period will not be processed.


5. Free Trials


For subscriptions with free trials, you must cancel before the end of the trial period to avoid charges. Charges incurred after the free trial period concludes are non-refundable.


6. Right to Decline Refund Requests


We reserve the right to refuse refunds at our discretion, particularly in cases of refund policy abuse or repeated refund requests.
