1. Policy Overview


All refund requests are processed according to the terms outlined below. We design this policy to be fair to both our customers and our business, acknowledging that you need time to evaluate the software while we incur immediate costs with each transaction.


2. Refund Eligibility & Calculation


Our standard refund process is as follows:

· Immediate Administration Fee: Upon any purchase, we will directly charge a non-refundable administration and processing fee equal to 20% of the total payment amount.
· Pro-Rated Refund: The remaining 80% of your payment is eligible for a refund. This amount will be calculated on a pro-rata basis, meaning we will refund the portion of this balance that corresponds to the unused portion of your subscription or license term. Excluded Pro-Rated Refund after (2) two months of usage
· There is no refund after (2) two months of usage if you purchase a discounted yearly plan or customized plan, however you may still request to cancel subscription for both monthly and yearly plan at any time.

Example of Refund Calculation: · Total Software Cost: $100
· Immediate 20% Fee: $20 (This portion is non-refundable)
· Refundable Balance: Up to $80 Please note: A refund will never be for the full amount you paid, as the 20% administration fee is retained from the moment of purchase.


3. Conditions for a Full Refund


A full refund (100% of the amount paid) will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, which are evaluated on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. These special occasions may include, but are not limited to:
· Duplicate purchases charged in error.
· Other unique situations that we determine to warrant a full refund.

4. How to Request a Refund


To initiate a refund request, please contact our customer support team at support@starfetchx.com within 30 days of your original purchase. Please include your order number, admin email / purchase email and the reason for your request.


5. Non-Refundable Situations


No refunds (including the pro-rated amount) will be granted under the following conditions:
· After 60 days from the date of purchase.
· If the software has been misused or violated our StarfetchX Terms of Service.
· For reasons of simply changing your mind after the 20% fee and pro-rata calculation have been applied.


6. Refund Processing Period


Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method. Refunds typically process within 7–10 business days, although actual timelines may vary based on your payment provider.
